It started with the gap analytics could not show
A furniture retailer asked a simple question: could an assistant understand and recommend its products? The brand ranked well, yet agents relied on clearer competitor and retailer sources.
What we found
Their content was fine. Their extractability was not. Specifications lived in images, buying questions were answered across four pages, and the homepage never said in plain text what the company made.
