Terms of service
Last updated August 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of Rankable. By creating an account or running a report, you agree to them.
1. The service
Rankable produces AI search visibility audits for websites and marketplace storefronts. Audits analyse publicly accessible information and responses from third-party AI assistants.
Free previews are provided as-is. Full reports are prepared and delivered as part of a paid subscription.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
One account is for one organisation. Sharing credentials outside your organisation is not permitted.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the term you selected until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you retain access until then.
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, though we will always look at genuine billing errors.
We may change pricing with at least thirty days' notice to existing subscribers before it affects a renewal.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Do not resell, sublicense or systematically extract reports to build a competing product without a written agreement with us.
Automated access is permitted only through our API and within its published rate limits.
5. Ownership of reports
You own the reports generated for the domains and storefronts you submit, and may use and share them internally or with clients.
We retain ownership of the platform, methodology, scoring models and any aggregated, anonymised insights derived from usage.
6. Third-party engines
Audits depend on responses from third-party AI assistants and on publicly available web content, both of which change without notice. Results may vary between runs for reasons outside our control.
We do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, traffic or revenue outcome.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Reports are informational. Decisions you make based on them remain yours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, giving notice where reasonably possible.
On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by nature survive will continue to apply.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email before taking effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
